This Thanksgiving holiday weekend we flew up to Indianapolis to spend time with the family. Everyone in the Klein family made an appearance this year so it was very special. November started with a great trip to Las Vegas with our exchange student Julia from Germany and her friend Asa (Osa) who is also an exchange student visiting from Norway. Kisha’s last semester as a teacher couldn’t end fast enough for me (Darin). I know that Kisha loved teaching German and was the best at it, but the way that teachers are treated makes me wonder why anyone would do it. April began with a quack as four duck splash landed in our pool in a mating ritual that ended with two males flying off alone and one lucky male meeting the love of his life.
