Wow this has been a long time (again)! Well, here’s what has been happening in 2005 so far…

• January:

• Snowboarding in Flagstaff, AZ

• February:

• Snowboarding at Sunrise, AZ – Snow was fantastic, but Darin had a crash and broke a few ribs. Fun.

• March:

• Our 2005 German student arrives – Julia!!! She is awesome!

• Snowboarding at Sunrise, AZ with Julia, Jim and Julia

• Saw “Cake” perform in Tempe, AZ – Super concert

• April:

• Kisha’s birthday party was great!

• May:

• Visited Germany for Darin’s birthday to visit friends. We had a fantastic vacation and cannot wait to move back to Germany. Yes, we are still trying and would leave in a moment for the right job.

• Met our future exchange student and her family during our visit.

• June:

• Salsa party with professional dancers teaching us and our friends the moves to impress people with our dancing skills.

• July:

• Pool party on July 4th weekend with friends.

• Trip to L.A. to visit Rick and David, La Brea Tar Pits, Dane Cook comedy show, see some movie and music stars

• August:

• Camping trip to the Mogollan Rim with Kisha, Darin, Jim, Crystal, Tucker (Dog), and Mooch (Dog). We had an awesome time and Mooch enjoyed his first camping trip.

• Our Exchange student (Ann-Katrin) Andy arrived and began school at the local high school – Instant family

• Have been taking Andy out to eat way too much, but that is all part of being an American I guess.

• September

• Went horse back riding on South Mountain Sunday morning and it was a really nice ride

• Andy’s birthday

• Darin in Chicago for work. Weeee!

• October

• Las Vegas

• Kelly and Mario’s wedding

• Halloween

• November

• The Annual Octoberfest at the Bokatius Residence (Late this year due to wedding)

• Thanksgiving in Orlando

• Ski/Snowboard season starts!!! (NO SNOW IN AZ YET – AAAAH!)

• December

• Kitchen remodeling finally done – new countertops

• Office finally done with completion of french doors and side glass.

• Crystal and Kristin’s birthday party’s at the Kleinpad! – Massage therapy by Forrest

• Christmas pictures with Santa at PetsMart

• Christmas in Indiana
