This May was the second annual Lake Powell trip and it did not disappoint.  The detour around 89 to Page didn’t extend the drive too much, the weather was perfect, the people were as great as always and the lake as beautiful as ever.  We hiked, kayaked, swam, relaxed, napped, played games and sat around the campfire each night reminiscing about the day’s activities, life and the other usual campfire topics.

I finally had the opportunity to try out my new ENO Hammock and slept under the shade on the top of the boat. (See pictures)  It was extremely comfortable and I slept better than I have slept in a while.
