Not much change since last month so far. Work is going well, life is going as well as it can right now. I am very thankful for my family and friends. The running group (HHH) I joined is a fantastic group of people who make my weeks so much better with their humor and willingness to just be open to whatever comes their way. If it weren’t for them I have no clue where I would be now and getting in shape is a great benefit of the fun we have.

Jim and I rode Desert Classic this Easter morning and I hadn’t ridden it with him since the first time I started riding again. Back then I barely made the ride and definitely did not enjoy myself. Sunday’s ride was a blast with plenty of fast riding and a few good jumps.

19 April 2009 – Jim and I rode the back half of Desert Classic and Guillaume said, it was quite a bit more challenging. It was challenging, but tons of fun. We rode almost exactly ten miles and it was fun being out in the middle of no where (not really) and only seeing other bikers and hikers. Everyone is always very courteous and helpful.

Well, I look forward to getting through this year and getting my life back in order. Who knows what will happen in the coming years, but for now I am stuck until the housing market improves a bit.
