June is almost over and what the heck have I been doing? I don’t even remember now…hmmm.

The picture above is of my nephew Carson and Justin along with my father (Bob) who are assisting with the production of a traditional family wedding drink. YUM!

I went on a few hikes so far this month and have been neglecting mountain biking a bit, but I resolved that issue last Sunday morning.

I’ve had a few massages this month which has been wonderful. Thank you so much to my massage therapist friends who take care of my body aches after I cure their computer aches. Poor little machines.

I went out to Las Angeles mid month to visit Rick and Daved. We had such a wonderfully relaxing weekend and I was so happy that I finally made it back there to see their new house and even tried a few new food joints. Yummy vegan goodness.

This past weekend my cousin Jessica and her beau Adam were finally united in marriage. It was such a wonderful ceremony and reception. My friend Katy helped me out by going with me to the event and everybody loved her. She is pretty awesome. The family came in from out of town which was also quite nice and we were able to spend some quality time together catching up on the latest goodies life has given us.

Work is going well and is very busy, but it is such a great place to work and the best group of people.

This was a busy weekend (6/26-6/28) with Eric Clapton / Steve Winwood on Friday night with my fantastic friend Karen, computer fixing on Saturday and swimming with Mooch and Kayaking on Sunday with Rae. I want to get a kayak so much, but appreciate the kindness of friends who will let me use their gear. See pix of all…Concert and Kayaking

The running group is still a big part of my life and even with the high temperatures we still cover quite a few miles each week.

With the Independence Day weekend approaching I think I will need to find something to do. There is a HHH breakfast and run on the Fourth so that will be a great time I am sure.

I’ll update again if I remember anything else.
