April began with a quack as four duck splash landed in our pool in a mating ritual that ended with two males flying off alone and one lucky male meeting the love of his life.

Kisha turned the big 36 in April and we celebrated her birthday for a few days which culminated at our favorite Indian restaurant (Pasand) and then to “Cosmic” bowling at a nearby alley. We had a super time and we were actually able to surprise Kisha with her party which was pretty hard to do. We love you Kisha!

We celebrated Easter at Jane’s house with North Dakota sausage (YUM!) and other delicious eats. Jane sold her home in Chandler and bought one closer to work near Laveen (SW of Pheonix). We helped move Jane to her new place and it is very nice with a lake near the back of her home.

This past weekend we celebrated Memorial Day by lounging in the pool with our good friends and family. Mooch and Tucker went swimming and we all tried to stay out of the way. It was a nice, long relaxing weekend and we’re grateful to all those that have helped to make this country a better place.

Kisha finished teaching at DV for ever at the end of this school year and is looking forward to her new career. Check back for the details. 🙂

Motorola is still keeping Darin busy and he really likes the job that he’s been doing for the past year. Keep the good times rolling.
